If you are using TCM4000 you can take advantage of a Service Pack which includes:

• Interactive help in Setup

Some users have experienced problems using the e-mailer in Windows NT, ME, 2000 and XP, all of which are resolved in this latest version. We have redesigned the Setup area to include interactive help, so that you can read the help pages and make changes to Setup within the same screen. The Import Wizard has been updated to give better support for importing from Microsoft Outlook®
